STANDARD SPECIFICATION FOR 3 STOREY RESIDENTIAL HOUSE

DIVISION 03 – CONCRETE
Contractor shall review all document in construction, labor and materials shall provide
pertaining to carpentry work as specified herein, while complying all applicable building codes

DIVISION 04 00 00– MASONRY


Construction of masonry shall include all labor, material, and equipment, and performing of
furnishing of all operations important to perform that all concrete masonry construction, as
specified. Contractor shall give the work his personal supervision and shall keep a competent
foreman on the job at all times when he is not there himself.

The Contractor shall specify the position of all dowels required for masonry on other construction,
including foundations.

The Contractor shall arrange the necessary space for construction materials to be in right storage at
the job site.

The Contractor shall call for all inspections required in the course of his work by Owner and/or
Building Department.

04 22 00 Concrete Unit Masonry


1. Masonry Units (CHB): all the interior walls are 100 mm thick, except some advisable indicated. 400
psi for non-load bearing blocks to be use, and 700 psi for load bearing were required.

a. Supplier: Allied Concrete, Rock built.

b. Constructed full height walls, concrete hollow blocks, these shall extend to slab or in the bottom
beam as if otherwise indicated on plans. Provide stiffener columns & lintel beams as specified in the
structural drawings or as specified or as deemed required to assure a stabilized wall due to height &
other considerations.

2. S-1 sand, clean and greenish, washed.

3. Mortar: part Portland, two parts sands, cement and

Water. Not more than three parts sand and water.

4. Plaster bond: N and H Plaster bond - Apply to all wall areas

prior to plastering.

DIVISION 05 – METALS
DIVISION 06 – WOOD, PLASTICS, AND COMPOSITES
Contractor shall review all document in construction, labor and materials shall provide

06 05 73 Wood Treatment
Specifier note:

Most of wood species are resistant to decay naturally that caused by other elements especially
wood resistant to termite attack.

These involves wood species that were commonly recognized as resistant to decay: black locust,
cedar, and black walnut. Eastern red cedar is also resistant to termites.

DIVISION 07 00 00 – THERMAL AND MOISTURE PROTECTION


All request shall be surely as per Manufacturer's Specifications. It shall strictly be performed
by licensed applicators / contractor that represents waterproofing manufacture or insulation
business/company specified herein.

07 01 10.81 Waterproofing Replacement


All labor, equipment, materials, and other required spaces in completing waterproofing, as
shown on the drawings and herein specified. Applications shall be permitted to performed

by a certified contractor of water proofing.

Testing: waterproofed area must be test in seventy-two (72) hours incase of seepages will occur

1. for Toilets
2. Roof

Note: Areas not mentioned above but requiring waterproofing, shall be involved in the construction
scope. Thickness should strictly be as per Manufacturers Specifications and Installation depending
on the area to be applied.

07 01 50.16 Roof Maintenance Program


Shanghai Construction Group: roof shall consider its quality and design, Concrete Roof tile-
Summer Clay and Concrete Ridge Syste, - Summer Clay with dry tech system installation set. The
Batten and Clip Lock, Valley through gutter and flashing sheet, painted with Mortar Bed Paint.

07 21 00 Thermal Insulation
Shanghai Construction Group: Provide thermal insulation sheet, Ultra Cool series.
07 21 13 Board Insulation
Shanghai Construction Group: Smart wood Fascia Board-Primer, size 20x400x1.5 cm, and
Smart wood fascia board-Primer, size 15x400x1.6 cm, painted with acrylic paint for fiber cement
wood- Brown Oak.

DIVISION 08 00 00 – OPENINGS
Confirm that openings are compliant with all applicable codes, concerning egress, lighting
and ventilation requirements.

08 10 00 Doors and Frames


1.Wood Louver Door: Philippine mahogany wood frame 50mm thick x 600mm wide with 8mm thick
glass, and quick dry enamel frame painted.

2. Aluminum Framed Glass Door: thick of 45mm x 600mm x 1.5mm

With aluminum; Powder Coated door, the tubular frame clear full glass-

10mm thick, powder coat finish, shade of champagne.

08 80 00 Glazing
All type of glass should strictly match color of existing. sample of glasses including the data of
performance shall submit by the contractor together with the manufacturer’s authentication/
certificate.

8 1 00 Glass Glazing
1. Aluminum Framed Fixed Interior Viewing Windows

a. 10 mm thick clear tempered glass for aluminum fixed windows on building interiors.

b. 8 mm thick tempered for door and big window glass areas with sill height less than 800 mm
from floor finish.

c. 6 mm thick. facial mirror with beveled edges for Toilets on 6mm thick marine plywood backing

Note: The contractor shall exercise the utmost care in

dismantling, transfer and installation of glass doors. If there is a damage material, the contractor

shall replace the glass door without additional cost


DIVISION 09 00 00– FINISHES
Refers to architectural location. Verifying not specified or omitted plans for other finishes. all
material samples shall be given to the authorized approval as to color and ensure quality
workmanship.

9 0 00 Ceilings

1. Ceiling Finishes

a. Ceiling using SCG Smartboard four (4)-side tapered Edge Series, size 120 x 240 x 0.6
cm, concealed edge installation on galvanized iron metal ceiling frame (C-line) No. 24
tighten with SCG Needle point screw 23mm, painted over with 100 percent acrylic
paint.
b. Ceiling using SCG Smartboard Wood Grain Series, size 60 x 120 x 0.4 cm, seal the
joints with SCG Smartboard Polyurethane joint sealant.
Space lining installation on galvanized iron metal ceiling frame (C-line) No. 24,
tighten with SCG Needle point screw 23 mm.
c. Ceiling using SCG Smart board wood eaves Liner – Uncolored, size 7.5 x 300.0.8 cm,
space lining installation on galvanized iron metal ceiling frame (C-line) No. 24
Tighten with SCG Needle point screw 23mm, cover the edges with SCG Smart wood
ceiling border, size 5x300x0.8 cm
Tighten with SCG Needle point screw 23 mm, (covered nobs), painted over with
SCGA acrylic paint cement wood.

09 60 00 Flooring
1. Flooring Finishes

a. RC. Slab finished with 13” x 13” skid-resistant ceramic tiles.


b. RC. Slab finished with 8” x 8” skid-resistant ceramic tiles.
c. SCG Smart wood floor plank, size 15 x 300 x2.5 cm, installed as decorative floor
on broom finish cement flooring.
d. RC. Slab with waterproof system, finished with 12” x 12” skid-resistant ceramic
tiles.

09 70 00 Wall Finishes
1. Brick wall with smooth cement cover, painted with acrylic paint, internal wall
using SCGA Smart wood skirt Board-Modern Series, size 7.5 x 300 x 1.2cm
2. Brick wall with smooth cement cover, finished with SCG Smart wood, Wood
Plank – Walnut, size 15 x 400 x 0.8 cm, on SCG Galvanized C-line,
Use SCG Bracket to fix it with SCG Galvanize C-Line, tighten with SCG Self Drilling
13mm (covered nobs)
3. Wall using SCG Smartboard four (4)-side Tapered Edge series, size 120 x 240 x 0.8
cm, seal the joints with SCG Smartboard Plaster Joint C-line
Tighten with SCG Needle Point Screw 23 mm, painted over with 100 percent
acrylic paint, and finished with SCG Smart wood Skirt Board-Modern series, size
7.5 x 300 x 1.2 cm.
4. Board wall with smooth cement cover, finished with ceramic wall tiles
5. RC. Wall finished with tiles of natural stone pattern
6. Glass block wall of four (4) inches
