PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

In order to follow the steps described in this guide, an enrollment confirmation email is
required.

- New employee first time set-up:

An enrollment email is automatically sent from “SafeNet Authentication Server” to

your mailbox.

- If the email has not been received OR need to enroll additional device OR
device has been replaced:

Request an enrollment on Jacobs Support Portal | I Need Something | Software |

Two-Step Verification - SafeNet MobilePASS Enrollment or contact the Global
Service Desk through Jacobs Support Portal or Toll Free Numbers.

If you have already received the enrollment email, proceed to Step 1.

Step 1: MobilePASS+ installation

1. Locate Microsoft System Center

Click on the Start menu

Go to
Microsoft System Center
➢ Software Center

2. Install SafeNet MobilePASS

Click on SafeNet MobilePASS in the

list of software under “Applications”

Click INSTALL

3. The MobilePASS+ icon will appear in

your list of applications.

CONGRATULATIONS! Your MobilePASS+ application installation is now complete.

You are now ready to proceed to STEP 2: MobilePASS+ token enrollment (see page 4).

Step 2: MobilePASS+ Token Enrollment

1. Go to your Email

Click on the email you received from

SafeNet Authentication Server

Click the https:// link under SafeNet

Trusted Access

2. The internet browser will display the

Self-enrollment.

Click Enroll your MobilePASS+

token link to start the MobilePASS+
token enrollment

3. If prompted with this message

Click Allow

4. Click Start.

5. Click Continue.

Activation will start

6. Set a Token PIN

Enter the PIN and click Save PIN

Code

Note:

• The PIN should contain 4

numeric characters.
• Keep your PIN in a safe place.
You will need the PIN every time
you use SafeNet MobilePASS+.

7. Activation Successful. Click Close

App

CONGRATULATIONS! Your SafeNet Authentication Service token enrollment is now

complete.

You are now ready to proceed to STEP 3 (see page 7) and download the appropriate User
Guide.
