Explain as briefly/precisely as you can the following questions:

1. Discuss how the school can serve as an agent of change.

A teacher who understands how to inspire and lead change can

effectively prepare children for the various problems that await them in
the future. The projects listed below show how teachers may become
change agents in their schools, begin and lead change processes in their
workplaces, and make a difference in their classrooms.

2. In what way does teachers, students, administrators and

other personnel could contribute in affecting positive social
change in the society

It helps people become better citizens, find a better-paying job, and

demonstrate the difference between right and wrong. Education instills
in us the value of hard work while also supporting us in our
development and growth. As a result, we may be able to contribute to
the formation of a better society by learning and respecting rights, laws,
and regulations.
3. Picture out how innovative schools serves as agents of
social change.

Education is regarded as the most important tool for

socialization. There can be no social transformation without
education. It causes societal change by altering an
individual's perspective and attitude, as well as their social
relationship patterns. Apart from that, it's a social reform
tool and a state.

4. Define and describe the various organizational leadership and

management theories.

Organizational leadership is a dual-focus management strategy that

prioritizes the needs of both individuals and groups. It's also a mindset
and work ethic that allows anyone in any position to manage a firm,
whether at the top, middle, or bottom.

5. Discuss the function of school as an educational organization.

As an educational institution, the school ensures that students learn

knowledge, skills, and attitudes that are consistent with the educational
system's goals and ideals. The school is both a social organization in and
of itself, as well as one that may be managed in the context of
relationships and its place in society.
