ONLINE ENTRANCE EXAM REGISTRATION – STEP-BY-STEP

The process of registration is in two main steps:

1. Payment of entry-tests tax only for one exam date;

2. By using the No of the invoice for the tax paid you can make the registration indicating the
exam date and filling in other necessary information
Note: In case you intend to sit more than one exam you will have to repeat the procedure for each
exam date.

I. Payment by Credit/Debit Card

1. Enter the system https://mu-plovdiv.bg/en/admission/registration-form-for-biology-and-
chemistry-entry-tests/ - Online entrance exam registration - press Registration Form for
Entry Tests;
2. Choose a method of payment – Credit/Debit card – Press I agree with the General terms of
Electronic payments – Press Effect payment
- Fill in Passport No, Given names, Surname, Citizenship, E-mail, Confirm E-mail Note! Fill in
the names and passport No of the applicant, not the card-holder!;
3. Press Start Payment – Fill in the card details – Press Payment;
4. You will receive by E-mail PDF file containing Invoice for the sum paid;
5. Enter the system – https://mu-plovdiv.bg/en/admission/registration-form-for-biology-and-
chemistry-entry-tests/ - Online entrance exam registration - press Registration Form for
Entry Tests;
6. Go to Entry-tests registration and press Register;
7. Fill in your passport No and the No of the invoice and the rest of the data required;
8. Load a picture of your passport (with the No, photo and name) in GIF, JPEG or PNG format –
size up to 5 MB;
9. Press I agree Medical University - Plovdiv to process my data;
10. Press Register.

II. Payment by Bank transfer

1. Enter the system https://mu-plovdiv.bg/en/admission/registration-form-for-biology-and-
chemistry-entry-tests/ - Online entrance exam registration - press Registration Form for
Entry Tests;
2. Choose a method of payment – Bank transfer – Press Request proforma-invoice;
3. Fill in the data required – Passport No, Given names, Surname, Citizenship, E-mail,
Confirm E-mail;
4. Press Proforma-Invoice Request;
5. You will receive by E-mail PDF file containing Proforma-Invoice of the sum due;
6. Make order for payment to:

When making order for the payment in the bank, write the No of the proforma in
Payment Details;
 7. After the sum is in our account – in 3-4 days, we will confirm the payment and you will
receive by E-mail PDF file containing Invoice for the sum paid;
8. Enter the system https://mu-plovdiv.bg/en/admission/registration-form-for-biology-and-
chemistry-entry-tests/ - Online entrance exam registration - press Registration Form for
Entry Tests;
9. Go to Entry-tests registration and press Register;
10. Fill in your passport No and the No of the invoice and the rest of the data required;
11. Load a picture of your passport (with the No, photo and name) in GIF, JPEG or PNG
format – size up to 5 MB;
12. Press I agree Medical University - Plovdiv to process my data;
13. Press Register.

After we confirm your registration you will receive by E-mail a Registration Form with all your
inserted data and the exam date. Receiving this form is a confirmation that your registration is
completed.
