Key Features
MEEHANITE CASTING base, column and saddle
ensures rigidity, high accuracy and durability.
Cross slideways adopt “double vees” to ensure
the best accuracy.

Both longitudinal & cross slideways are

precision ground & hand-scraped. Turcite-B
coating ensures smooth movement and wear
resistance.

The automatic lubrication system is standard

equipment and provides ample lubrication on
all slideways and leadscrews enabling smooth
movement and minimizes wear.

The spindle is directly coupled with V-3 motor

which ensures high spindle run out accuracy
of 0.002mm.

Elevating movement is driven on V-type

slideways, the backlash can be adjusted to
match the precise movement between
leadscrew & worm gear. The drive shaft
is supported by two bearings for smooth
running and noise free.

The precision cartridge spindle, greased

& free of maintenance, is incorporated
with 4 pieces of preloaded class 7 (P4) super
precision angular contact ball bearings for
heavy grinding.
