Thank you for allowing this letter be a brief introduction to Global Parts Solution LLC,
headquartered in Tucson Arizona USA.

Global Parts Solution LLC is a privately owned company, founded in November of the year
2000. Our primary focus is the purchase, and resale of mining and construction main
components. Overall management has been in the business since 1976 and our company
prides itself on assisting corporations, not only with replacement component pricing for their
support equipment needs, but also with the resale of any surplus assets and equipment that
may be available from the corporate level.

Over the last 10 years we have dismantled over 100 large mining trucks and shovels and we
offer these components either as “take off used” or “zero hour rebuilt” condition. In addition, we
have purchased 200 + truck loads of new OEM surplus, offering 10,000 + line items directly
from inventory.

At present count, we supply product into 121 countries worldwide in the following product areas:
Komatsu, Caterpillar, P&H, General Electric, Dresser, Wabco, Terex, Marion, Unit Rig, Euclid,
Letourneau, Detroit Diesel, Cummins, and more.

If we don’t own a component you are looking to purchase we will stop at nothing to try to
locate it for you. Overall we have found we can save our customers money 85% of the time.

I have attached below, a small sampling of product we have supplied over recent months.
Realize the product noted is just a small sampling, but it gives you a flavor for what types of
