LEGAL NOTICE
Sir/Madam,

Under the instructions of our client Sri. T. Chow Reddy S/o T. Dominic
Reddy. Age: about 46 years, Occ Business and agriculture R/o
H.No 1-6-228/4/A ,Ram Nagar ,Hyderabad and power given in this behalf we
issue the following notice to you as under:

Please take notice of the fact that our client was holding a C.C (Cash
Credit facility) loan account with Acc No 01660010499 for his business with
name T S Reddy General and kirana store. And for which he has depositied
the title deeds of his property H.No 8-3-338 to 341 situated at General
bazar ,Secunderabad ,towards collateral security and after executing
necessary documents in favour of the bank .

Even it has come to our clients notice that your bank has filed a civil suit
against our client bearing OS. No 463 of 1998 in the 1 st Jr Civil judge court
Secunderabad for the recovery of an amount of RS 46,842/- ,from our client
where as the suit was ultimately dismissed on 22 nd February 1999 .
 Further please take notice of the fact that our client has paid the entire
due amount along with interest ,but you have not returned the property
documents which were deposited in your bank at the time of taking loan as
collateral for the CC (Cash Credit facility ).

Now as the said documents are still in bank hander over ,and now as
they are in need to my client ,so our client approached you for return of the
said property documents ,but you have not returned without any reason .

Therefore we now call upon you to kindly return the said property
documents which were deposited in your bank within 10 days from the receipt
of this notice ,failing which our client will have to approach the ombudsmen
for recovery of Documents and compensation for holding the documents this
many years and also take criminal and civil proceeding in a competent court
against you for the necessary reliefs ,and for which you will be held
responsible for all the costs and consequences thereof including the cost of
this Legal notice Rs10,000/- .

Hence this notice.
