wholeheartedly.

I’ve known Shabnam for almost a decade as a neighbour and friend. Throughout this time, I have

had the great opportunity to see Shabnam’s caring, communication, and teaching ability as she

took care of my children and their development for periods of time when she babysat them. I

only expected her to watch over the children and ensure nothing went wrong, but she went out of

her way to provide the best care for the children and help them grow.

I distinctly could tell that under her guidance, my children developed skills ranging from

expressing emotions in an appropriate manner to throwing balls. That is why I am confident that
