2. Academic Questions:
Being an underdeveloped country, almost in every company file system is being
used which is causing different problems like slow in work, robbery of stock products,
not clear data of stock products, etc. as many people can have access to the file.
While using this project in real world, many questions may raise like:
These are the questions which may raise while using the project.

manufacturing does not suffer when users need it.

Section 3: Project Proposal.
1. Introduction:
The rapid speed of industrialization in Nepal has
brought to light plenty of management issues.
Inventory management is a critical role that
affects the delivery company's sustainability and
has an influence on the balance sheet's
economic condition. Among these, inventory
management is one of the most important issues
that demands effective management. Accurate
and effective identification of the best inventory
control plan allows for the release of a
considerable number of assets that have been
locked in the form of investments, resulting in
increased resource utilization. Being a developing
country almost all companies or industries are
using file system which makes the reduce of
goods due to wastage and robbery from the
2. Background:
The Industrial Revolution, which boosted economy and rapid manufacturing, is without a
doubt is among the most significant developments in human history which leads the
mislead of produced products which needs to be controlled only by inventory
management system. So, a group of Harvard University students devised the first
computerized check-out system for the first time 1930s. This method relied on punch
cards, which were placed into a processor, which scanned them and then sent the data
to the storehouse. In the late 1940s and early 1950s, a precursor of today's bar-coding
system is designed, which used ultraviolet light-sensitive paint and a scanner. The
Universal Product Code (UPC) was developed in the late 1960s to help with managing
inventory. As computer technology changed, so did the techniques, and contemporary
inventory management systems started to be deployed in the mid and late 1990s.
Nowadays inventory management appears to rely on radio-frequency identification
(RFID), with microcontrollers transmitting goods information that includes all a company
owner and their staff need to know. (Inventory management, 2017)

3. Literature Review:
Raw resources, work-in-process items, and finished products are all examples of
inventories, which are defined as the fraction of a company's assets that are available or
will be available for sale. The first quantitative inventory management studies originate
from the second decades of the 20th century, yet there is still a lot of interest in this field.
Inventory management is a method for acquiring, keeping, and selling inventory,
including both raw materials and completed commodities. Stock control in terms of
business refers to having the correct stock, at the optimal rate, in the correct place, at
the correct time, and at the appropriate cost of the product. Stock management is the
technique for acquiring, keeping, and giving inventory, including both raw materials and
completed commodities. Stock control in relation to the business refers to having the
correct product, at the optimal rate, in the correct place, at the correct time, and at the
appropriate cost of the product. (ZIUKOV, 2016)
i. Movement inventories: Every day the products are being transported from seller
to the buyer or company in-order to use by the users through various modes of
transportation. Movement inventories are also called pipeline inventories. This
type of inventory mainly deals between buyer and seller.
ii. Buffer inventories: These inventories are used to stock the goods for the future
as there may occur in lack of goods. Every organization keeps an average
amount of stocks which can be used efficiently and effectively when needed.
iii. Anticipation inventories: these inventories are used to stocks of the products
produced for the future propose by which the supply of good goes smoothly in
demand. As an example, we can take raincoats production which is kept in stock
in this type of inventory.
iv. Decoupling inventories: these inventory deals when a product producer sets
aside additional building resources or work-in-progress goods for all or certain
phases of a manufacturing line because a low-stock scenario or a malfunction at
one step does not impede or interrupt activities
v. Cycle inventories: these types of inventories are used to fulfill the amount of
inventory that a reseller goes through in order to satisfy frequent sales requests.
It reflects a portion of a company's current inventory. The collection in a loop is
utilized and replaced with fresh things, or it is handed up.
vi. Hedged inventories: these are the extra inventory acquired or held in storage as
a cushion with the goal of lowering or minimizing the risks connected with
prospective price swings, or to take benefit of it to the greatest extent possible.

4. Artefact (proposed):
The main motive of choosing this project is to change the system form file system to the
digital system and to make easy for data to store. The main motive of choosing this
project is listed below:

from the very onset of the Scrum process.
e. Timely: Because the Scrum team believes in improving quality as it has several
time-based tasks including the sprint, regular standups, and retrospectives.
f. Design that is continuous: The scrum team will be the best at adapting to
consumer demands and making changes to the product and deliverables
depending on to value-based prioritizing. (Martins, 2021)
