Greetings!

The Teachers, staff, and the whole studentry of Kitaotao National High School has
been very strong and steady in promoting its Mission and Vision in order to fulfill the mandate of
the department of education. We were so blessed and fortunate for having been given
infrastructure projects from the Local Government Unit (LGU), Department of Education
(DepEd) through the Department of Public Works and highway (DPWH).
Anent to this, we would like to request an inspection for the demolition on a challenging
situation regarding the collapse and bent COVERED COURT hit by the strong wind of tropical
storm “PABLO” on December, 2012. Another Strong Typhoon came cause the damage which
happened on August 4, 2014. Major repair of the estimated ninety percent damage structure is
very much needed due to the risk to students passing through it.
Gratefully anticipating for your favorable consideration and recommendation to proper
agency on this regard.
