    Convert file to PDF


    1. Save as
    2. Select where to save the file
    3. Select “PDF “ then tick save

    B. Select the printer logo into PDF file


    1. Check printer name “Brother DCP-T420W”
    2. Check the ink – should be” black and white”
    3. Then tick print

    Troubleshooting

    C. Orange LED – the orange LED in printer should be in off mode , if orange LED is ON then press
    STOP button. Check the Paper tray.
    D. If printer hang-up, click the printer logo then right click the document and select cancel to avoid
    double printing.
