♦ Mike presented last quarter's figures and pointed out the sales campaign of product stream 1 and 2
are shortsighted compared to product stream 3 that sold more products
♦ Trudi discussed that the HR department recruited 10 new employees and 9 completely finished
probation
♦ Trudi mentioned that successful recruits came from the radio ad than the traditional advertising route
and suggested to review the manufacturing's advertisement methods
♦ Frank discussed that the alpha system are to approach the implementation phase.
♦ Carole said she was in favor of phased rollout so that they can check for faults while the services are
ongoing.
♦ Trudi expressed concern about the phased rollout and told that swift implementation is more practical
as phased rollout will build up resistance to the new system
♦ Mike pointed out the significance of considering the impact on shifts before the implementation.
♦ Peter agreed to Carole's point and emphasized that phasing is more practical.
♦ Trudi expressed concern about the risk of leaving the trainings until the new system is installed
♦ Frank told Trudi that they it was forecasted and offered solution by providing a dummy testing system

♦ Mike proposed to allot 20 minutes during lunch break to allow employees to connect to the company's
intranet and suggested to have penalties given to employees connecting outside of the timeframe
♦ Trudi disagreed and emphasized that the employees need to be motivated and expressed concern
about the penalties as it could lead the employees to misuse the system more
♦ Peter suggested to fully stop the employees from connecting to the internet. Instead, only allow the
employees to connect on the company's Intranet.
