Electronic Voltage Regulator / Rectifier


Combination for BOSCH Charging System
ESR450
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

APPLICATIONS: Moto Guzzi and BMW /


various earlier models with
Wiring Code bosch 3-phase alternators
RED: Positive, GREEN: Negative
YELLOW: Phase input from stator
Installation Yellow Yellow
Carefully unplug all connectors
from existing wiring harness.
Unscrew mounting bolts from Yellow
defective regulator rectifier. Be Brown (DF)
sure to retain the bolts.
Locate the new part into position Black (D-)
and fasten with previously
removed bolts. Carefully plug

into existing wiring harness.
Connect ring terminals to battery
terminals. Make sure you have Ignition switch
