Project Proposal Title: Mobile Application for Flexible Learning Options- Collaboration of
FILIPINO 10, MAPEH Grade 8 & 9 and TLE 8

I. Rationale:

Adhering to DepEd Order 018, s. 2020– Interim Guidelines that will enable DepEd to provide
learning resources in the implementation of the BE-LCP , we as Junior High School Teachers have
planned to create a simple Mobile Application that will help the students to read their module and be
able to answer their tasks even without a data or internet connection.
In order to provide an easy access to our Learner’s Activity Sheets and modules, we have
decided to create a student and teacher- friendly mobile application that is easy to use and will provide
various activities that promote learning. As a result, the students will only download it once and they
would be able to access all learning materials even without data or internet connection.
Committing to this proposal, the mobile application is proposed to have a pilot testing this
Fourth Quarter and if success is reaped, the said application could be used in the next school year.

II. Project Objectives:

As COBNHS-JHS teachers heed the DepEd’s adherence to Guidelines that will enable DepEd
to provide learning resources in the implementation of the BE-LCP, the probable result of this project
is to:
1. Help the learners to access the Learner’s Activity Sheets in FILIPINO 10, MAPEH 8&9 and TLE 8
through a one-time download of mobile application.
2. Give chance to other teachers who do not have a background in programming to create their own
mobile application using a teacher-friendly application creator platform.
3. Become a guide or tool for other subjects to create their mobile application as well and in the near
future, a mobile application for the whole school.

III. Participants:
o This innovation is intended for Junior High School Grade 8, 9 and 10.

IV. Project Description:

o This Mobile Application for Flexible Learning Options in FILIPINO, MAPEH and TLE
if permitted, would have its Pilot Testing at the beginning of Fourth Quarter and if
becomes successful, it would be prepared and be used again at the start of School Year
2021-2022
