Failure State The assessment will be stopped when any of the following incidents occurred:
a. Student behaves beyond the proper decorum;
b. Student poses potential danger to the assessment procedures, and;
c. Exceeded time allotment required in the assessment plan.
The result shall be solely dependent on the performance of the student and
Final Result assessor will only measure the performance objectively by the use of the
Rubrics. Students who failed will undergo RESIT which is scheduled as per
quality standards of the institution.
Students who FAILED will undergo RESIT which is scheduled accordingly. A
Re-Sit student, who fails in the same competence 3 times, shall be allowed to take
RESITS until passing scores are met.
Final Rating The student should get a minimum mark of THREE (3) USING THE
RUBRICS to pass the assessment.

Course Outcomes Assessment Plan No. CILO#1,2,&3
Direction:
This is your Course Outcome Assessment (COA). This is one of the requirements that you need to
take for you to pass this course. Basically, this assessment will test if you have learned something about the
course.
Please do not share your answers with other students since I am going to check your COA one by
one. In case, there are answers that are literally the same as other students, this will result in a failing grade
(Resit). Again, make your own COA and do not try to rely on your classmates. Please do not copy-and-paste
your answers from the internet. The idea must be coming from your own perspective.
Write your report on the COA form submit it in your Learning Management System. Click the
“Course Outcomes Assessment” link under the Semi-Final period. Submit your assessment output in image
form and it should be in hand written, use the blank sheet below after the rubrics.

Your output should be handwritten, use the answer sheet found below the rubrics. After you
completed the assessment, picture your output including this form then upload in the COA link found
in the Semi- final period.
