What is personality?
PERSONALITY is the SUM total of the QUALITIES and CHARACTERISTICS of an individual
person as shown in his behaviour, attitudes, and ways of reacting to his ENVIRONMENT.
The word “persona” (personality) is a Greek word which means “MASK.”

PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT is a continuous process of

STRESS come from the Latin word “STRINGUERE” which means HARDSHIP.
Stress is our body’s physical, mental, and chemical reaction to certain circumstances that frighten,
confuse, danger, or anything that irritate our body.
