service, generally use PC or laptops for lecture dissemination
b. Students- They tend to join from mobiles, due to the expensive nature of PCs and
laptops.

a. Lack of high-speed internet, results in lag during classes
b. Lack of one-to-one interaction among classmates and bonding.
c. Difficulty in understanding of the lecture and peer learning.
d. Lack of affordability to avail premium features.
5. Suggestions:
Targeting the difficulty in understanding and peer learning issue, we can have the
following suggestions:
a. Live transcription of lectures on Teams, subtitles may make it easier.
b. Add existing features like dictate into student version of the office suite.
c. Add advanced grammar correction features and regional language translations for
ease of understanding of concepts.
d. Integrate visual tools to animate concepts, some pre-defined concept templates can
be helpful.
