ESSAY
1. Writing a company proposal can assist you in making critical decisions about cash flow, marketing,
and staff. You'll be able to track the performance of your company and make modifications as you go
forward if you have well defined goals and objectives. The goal of a business proposal is to
persuade the reader to see the world through your eyes. When writing a business proposal, your main
goal is to persuade the reader to make a change that will allow your proposed idea to become a
reality.
2. For me, the three (3) effective technical communications are clarity, coherence, and consistency. In
clarity, sentences must have good grammar and punctuation, and the content must successfully
develop general concepts into specific details in order to be comprehensible. The author should
assess those specifics and eliminate any unnecessary information from the text. Only enough
information is necessary for the reader to grasp the concept, complete the task, or make a decision.
Moreover, coherence refers to the ability to connect with your audience by ensuring that your words
are logically related, grammatically complete, and allow the reader to follow your thought process.
Lastly, consistency can be regarded as the ordered treatment of a group of related items in a
document in the context of written communication. When our readers view specific pieces as
forming a cohesive group, we may identify them as interconnected.
