Ingredients:
2 tbsp of butter
4 tbsp of sugar
1 egg
300ml of milk (add if necessary)
A pinch of salt
1 tsp of baking powder
2 tsp of baking soda
200g of flour (add if necessary)
Tools:
Pan
Spatula
Whisk
Bowl
How to make:
First, melt the butter, then add in the sugar and egg and mix it thoroughly. Next add the milk,
baking powder, baking soda, and salt. After that, start by adding a little amount of flour and add the
flour until it's the consistency you want. Lastly mix until smooth and let the batter rest. (~5 minutes)
Now, Heat up your pan to a low to medium heat and add butter to the surface, then when the butter
is melted, pour the pancake batter. When there’s bubbles on the pancake (or you can check the
bottom surface with a spatula) flip it over until it's golden-brown and lastly let them cool down.
