    Job Title: Patient Safety and Medical Information Analyst


    Employment Type: Contract Based (max 3 years)

    Job Description:
    Patient Safety Area
    1. Recording, processing, following up and translation of domestic Adverse Events from
    spontaneous and solicited sources, Adverse Events from local non- interventional studies and
    Serious Adverse Events from local interventional clinical studies.
    2. Submission of domestic Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) from spontaneous and solicited
    sources to Global Data Entry Site within the timeframe based on AstraZeneca timeframe.
    3. Submission of domestic Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) and foreign SUSAR to BPOM RI
    within the timeframe based on Indonesia pharmacovigilance regulation.
    4. Liaising with relevant vendor that captures AE of AstraZeneca product, from the following
    activities but not limited to: PAP/ PSP, Market Research, Digital Listening, Media Monitoring.

    Medical Information Area


    1. Monitoring enquiries in AstraZeneca inquiry receiving system/ areas.
    2. Query handling, i.e: responding to enquiry, archiving the associated documents into AstraZeneca
    inquiry system/ areas.

    Requirements:
    • Graduates of Apothecary Profession Programme or Medical Doctor with Min GPA of 3.5
    • Having good extracurricular activities, inside or outside campus.
    • Proficient in using Ms. Excel and other relevant business computer program.
    • Agile, detail-oriented, accurate, thorough, self-motivated, discipline, and punctual.
    • Strong communication skill.
    • Good at English, both in written and spoken.
    • Likes to work with data.
    • Good team-player
