Dear Sirs,

This has reference to our letter dated 29 November 2021, informing about the meeting of the equity
shareholders of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 5 January 2022 at 11 :00 a.m. (1ST) through
Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means in the matter of Scheme of Amalgamation between Creative
Stylo Packs Private Limited with EPL Limited and their respective shareholders, as directed by the Hon'ble
National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench vide its order dated 9 November 2021.

In compliance with Rule 7 of the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016
read with other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith a copy of the advertisement published on 2
December, 2021 in newspapers, viz., Business Standard (in English) and Nav Shakti (in Marathi), both having
wide circulation in Mumbai, regarding the Notice of Meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company to
be held through video conferencing / other audio-visual means on Wednesday, the 5 January, 2022 at 11 :00
a.m. (1ST).
