How to become Introducer?

◼ Set a good model, carry the image of TAO.


◼ Practice cultivation by being compassion,
humble, respectful and patience.
◼ Create affinity by being friendly and
approachable.
◼ Show care and concern.
All these must be sincere & come from
TRUE HEART.
Introducer Roles
◼ Bring people to receive Tao.

◼ After receive Tao, encourage them to attend Tao


Seminar and classes.

◼ Inspire them to involve in Tao’s work.

◼ Guide and support them in their cultivation


especially when they face life challenges.
Encouraging people to receive Tao (1)
◼ Our sharing can focus on (i) preciousness of Tao,
(ii) own cultivation journey – insights and
happiness (iii) impact of cultivation and (iv)
meaning of life.

◼ Do not put special emphasis on the word “Tao”.


Tao is only a term but it is the Truth and Principle.

◼ Our attitude should be calm and agreeable


and not arrogant or too self-confident.
Encouraging people to receive Tao (2)
◼ Make only positive comments about other
religions. Remain friendly and objectively analyze
the difference between Tao and religions.

◼ Do not indulge in loud, empty talk or extreme


views and biases.

◼ Share objectively and in accordance to Tao.

◼ Know their feelings and experience; help them to
understand Tao better.

◼ Follow up with information to increase their


confidence on Tao.

◼ Arrange meeting with senior members; address


questions they may have.
After receive Tao (2)
◼ Share the benefits: impact of practicing Internal
Cultivation.

◼ Encourage them to establish habit in attending


class regularly.

◼ Inspire them to attend Tao seminar , share your


own personal experience.
After receive Tao (3)
◼ Encourage them to go temple for prayers and
explain the benefits of returning to the temple.

◼ Contact them often, show concern for their well-


being and cultivation.

◼ When they have better understanding of Tao,


encourage them to participate in Tao temple
activities.

◼ Set a good model; take our role seriously.

sufferings and start to realize the true

1. Be compassionate and thoughtful.
2. Serve unconditionally; bear hardships without
complain and fulfill our duties faithfully.
3. Be there for them; guide and support them
especially when they facing challenges.
4. Should not bear a discriminatory heart.
5. Non-attached to the image of status, merit and
virtue.
