Greetings of Christ Peace…

This is to inform you, my dear parent/guardian of the HPTA Project of Grade VII – St. Clare for this school
year, which is a 2hp Air condition unit of the classroom.
The project was agreed last MPTA Meeting (June 16,2018). The project would cost about ₱27,000.00 and
individual PTA member will ₱660.00 The last day of payment will be on June 29, 2018 (Friday).
Furthermore, there will be an additional pay of 100 Php on your monthly bill once the air condition operate on
the classroom, this is for the purposed of electric bill and maintenance.
