Below are some questions that will help you assess more your personality. Answer them accordingly and
with honesty. Note that this is personality enhancement course. The moment you lie, the worst will be
the effect. Again, there is no right or wrong answer. This is our way to reflect and act something in
relation to our personality.

After answering this test, make a reflection per item. Count the positive items which you think you
possess. The positive ones shall be maintained and developed while those negative items are treated
with importance and corrected. These shall be included in your list of aspects that are to be improved as
you go along with this course. Do not be ashamed of what and who you are right now, instead, make
those negatives a motivation towards having a well-rounded personality after concluding this course.
Doing this will lead you towards success in the tourism and hospitality industry, as well as in relating with
various types of people from all walks of life.

 6 out of 15 is the positive items wherein I am capable and develop those things like I act very
feminine, I wear casual attires, I am respected by my members, I don’t want to be called by my
last name because I am not comfortable with it and not used to it, I like talking with sense most
specially to my friends and I act professionally when I talk to some professionals.
 9 out of 15 is the negative items that I don’t usually do like I want to be authoritative but I don’t
look one, I want to be serious but I don’t look one, here is sometimes I have this serious face so I
look one, I am not a bossy type of person, I don’t look intelligent, I am not being called as
“Totoy/Nene”, I don’t used to fix my hair like a rock star, I find it awkward when I call someone by
their last name, I’m not nervous when talking with well-known people and lastly I can’t lead a team
and let them follow me, I must prefer to be the one who follow.
