Terms & Conditions

Prices : Ex Works Delhi
CGST/SGST : CGST /SGST/IGST shall be charged extra @ 18% be charged extra
as applicable at the time of dispatch
Packing : All units are dispatched with packing of corrugated paper and poly
wrap. These basic packing charges are Included.
Civil work : All electrical / civil work / punching of hole for duct work will be in
your scope.
Freight : Shall be charged extra at actual.
Warranty (*) : Our all units are warranted against any kind of manufacturing
defects or Poor Workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of
dispatch.
Payment : 50% Advance along with the purchase order and balance 50% with
100% taxes against Final Performa Invoice prior to dispatch.
Dispatch : All equipments will be delivered within 2 – 3 week after confirm
order with advance payment.
