with good problem solving skills and I am confident that my skill set would be a great match for this position. I have the
experience and skills to take care of the day-to-day operations and to follow and update service delivery procedures. I also
have the ability to make recommendations for changes that can help to improve production.

I have a strong knowledge in web development backed by experience. In my previous position I worked in startup and built
an e-commerce price comparator web application from scratch that allowed the company to expand their business model
and helped them to grow their customer base. I also upgraded their current gift-card allocation model to include uploading
gift-cards from a csv file making them independent from online vendors and thus generating higher revenue by eliminating
middleman transactions. Through these experiences I have learned to bring value to the customer and firm that I am
working for.

I possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues as they
arise. I pay close attention to details and I have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet tight deadlines. I have
