1. C-5103 error code at power up.

[Solution]

CAUSE: Main motor M1 has damaged the PRCB board resulting in the 24V DC line being dropped.
 

2. The DF-621 indicates a constant jam. Jam code 66-04 or 66-14 will be listed on the
Management List.

[Solution]

CAUSE: The ADF PS2 sensor has failed.

Note; All sensors seem to function in State Confirmation mode.
 
SOLUTION: Swap the sensor with the Exit sensor (PS5) to verify whether or not the sensor has
failed. Once verified, please replace PS2 (p/n A143 PP48 00

3. Total counter unplug !!!! Start button is flashing amber (although machine says "Ready to
Copy").

4. C2564 code during machine power up.

[Solution]

CAUSE: Failure of the Toner Near Empty Switch (RS1).

5. The HDD has a 250GB capacity. Up to 3,000 documents or 10,000 pages can be
stored (which ever comes first). Each Box can store a maximum of 200 documents, and
up to 1,000 Boxes can be created.

6. To enable the jam codes, please perform the following:

 
1. Enter Service mode.
2. Select System 2.
3. Select JAM Code Display setting.
4. Set to Display.
