A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN CHAIRPERSON AND SANGGUNIANG

KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY BINALIWAN TO OPEN ACCOUNT AND TRANSACT OFFICIAL
BUSINESS WITH LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES- MAMBAJAO BRANCH WITH ACCOUNT NAME
BARANGAY BINALIWAN MAHINOG SK.

WHEREAS, RHEA V. UBA is the elected Barangay Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson and
MARIE LOREN S. OGSOC is the appointed Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of this Barangay;

WHEREAS, it has been mandated by the law that the Sangguniang Kabataan will have a
separate account from the barangay disbursement of SK funds which will solely used for youth
development and empowerment purposes;

WHEREAS, the new set of Sangguniang Kabataan officer particularly the SK Chairperson and SK
Treasurer will now be authorized to open an account, sign checks and other documents for and
in behalf of Barangay Salvador Sangguniang Kabataan;

WHEREAS, the authorized signatories are SK Chairperson and SK Treasurer whose signatures
appears below:

WHEREAS, upon the motion of SK Member Jemuel Jay B. Labadan and duly seconded by the
