As such human resources assistant, you must understand how to develop and applicate a training and
development strategy that provides the appropriate training to its employees to involve it. The
development and implementation of the proper plan would be just as crucial as the training themselves.
There are four fundamental steps you may take to create an effective training and development develop
and execute it for your members of the team:

The first stage in developing an employee development strategy is to examine between the company's and
division's requirements. Specific training programs, such as those linked to corporate regulations and
safety problems, should be provided to all employees in a company. This is known as the plans, in
