Tokemak C.o.R.E. 2 Reactor Bribe Refund

This proposal provides TOKEMAK

C.o.R.E. 2 Reactor bribe refunds

to the FOX holders that secured

the #1 position on the recent

C.o.R.E. 2 reactor vote through

selflessly making bribe donations

on behalf of the DAO. These

C.o.R.E. 2 Reactor bribes

provided incentivization for TOKE

voters to decide which project/

coin would secure a reactor.

Without the said bribes FOX

would very likely not have

secured/won a reactor (requiring

top 5) during the C.o.R.E. 2 vote.

The benefits of having a token reactor are vast, not just from the tokenomics perspective, but in community

growth too. The refund will provide assurance to the community that the DAO appreciates and rewards those

members who wish to see the DAO grow in strength and capability.

A refund in the amount of 1,295,964.93 FOX will be paid out to 9 addresses (from 14 transactions).

Communit y Moderation W orkstream

Moderation supports all

workstreams and all users within

each of the platforms it

moderates. The first community

moderators, G iantkin and H unt,

were hired by FOX token holders

for four months, without a

separate workstream. It is

apparent that the need for

community moderation is

growing and it makes sense to

establish a Community

Moderation Workstream rather

than a “
Special P ”
roject .

Moderators will act so much more than bot managers and spam blockers. N
ot only will the moderators set up

the verification process, they will be the point of contact for members having issues with the verification

process. They will function as the greeters of the DAO. This team of moderators will be clearing the path for

new members, new contributors and new supporters by facilitating a fluid user experience.

Top Drawer Merchandise (TMD)

The community is super excited

about this proposal, subject to the

proposal passing, the DAO will

have their very own official

ShapeShift merchandise store. In

addition to being able to purchase

high quality ShapeShift swag, the

70% affiliate revenue share is

generous and will add an

additional revenue stream to the

DAO. This would be paid in USDC

at the end of each quarter.

TMD will be responsible for the

design, manufacturing, logistics

and all other things that are part

of e-commerce management. This

company is very knowledgeable in

the crypto space and is able to

provide the highest quality in

terms of product creation and

management.

The ShapeShift DAO will not own the merch store but will be able to create a partnership utilizing all of their

resources as well as building connections in the crypto space. TMD is known for partnering with companies

such as Yearn Finance, Badger DAO, Bored Ape Yacht Club, Iota etc.
