The subject informed me Markeria was playing a game at the location and waa wearing @ camouflage baseball hat, black hooded sweatshirt, grey shorts and slides. He didn"t appear to be in any rush to leave, I inmediately notified dispatch of the call and created a call as well notifying my chain of conmand. As we were waiting on scene, Markeria exited the business on his own and attempted to make his way to the vehicle he arrived in; however, he waa innediately detained. I contacted teletype and spoke with operator 7022 who confirmed the active direct file warrant for case number 21-031065.
