CREDIT LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN FRANKLIN EJIONYE AND ONADERU

This document is written and signed to certify that FRANKLIN EJIONYE of

____________________ who hereafter shall be called the lender, has lent ONADERU
OLUWAGBENGA of 50 Fetuga street Lad-Lak, Bariga, who hereafter will be called the
borrower, =N=50,000 as of date of 29th April, 2011.

The =N=50,000 shall be repaid to the lender by the borrower in 1 month, with An interest
of =N= 5,000 (10% of the Principal) being imposed on the initial amount. The installment
should be either to account =N=55,000.00 (Fifty-Five Thousand Naira Only) on the last day
of May 2011.

The loan is not subject to modifications and is also not forgivable.

All the laws of the land would be taken in consideration if the matter is subject to the
justice of the court.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have caused their hands the day and year mentioned
above.
