Employee/Crew Trainer April 2016 - June 2018

• Roles as a crew member included helping customers while ordering, operating Personal Ordering
Station and assembling orders. Roles as a crew trainer were similar to a crew member with the
addition of leading training shifts for new employees.
• Managed being in school, participating on extracurricular sports teams and working a part time
job by creating a schedule to manage time. Communicated regularly with coaches and work
supervisors in order to avoid conflicts between work, school and sports. This resulted in a 94.5%
average in school, a promotion to management in my job and being an active leader on sports
teams.
• Established and maintained interpersonal relationships with co-workers and management to
develop a bond that in the future helped when being in a management position.
• Led new crew by coaching and guiding on proper procedures and work ethic resulting in
successful new team members that currently still employed by the company.
