I am able to successfully create formative assessment that properly assesses student learning. I pay attention to the
outcome of the lesson and make sure that the assessment is valid. Many of my formative assessment is through
interpretive listening, worksheets, and crafts.

Many lessons plan I’ve made show my formative assessments on the page as an image. I will put a few successful lesson
plans under this section.
