3. Equipment needed: For this activity, the only “equipment “you would need is
an electronic device such as a phone, tablet, or laptop to join the game!

4. Activity Description:

This activity is a simple and fun way to get your brain thinking while also
having fun and quizzing yourself on some classic holiday movies!

For this activity you will join the Kahoot on any electronic device. Once you
have joined the Kahoot! You will see the questions come up and you will
choose the best and correct answer! Remember to have fun.

5. Primary social interaction pattern(s) (activity analysis) – Explanation of the

reason for the chosen pattern or patterns.
I choose this activity because it is a simple and fun way to get your cognitive
brain working as you think of the right answers. This activity can also help
your mental well-being because it can cause you to think of the happiness the
comes with Christmas time as you remember back to your favorite holiday
movies. Anyone can do this activity and it can be done with a group, at a
group gathering or even alone!

6. Adaptation: One researched adaptation specific to a disability group assigned

for each of the four (4) uploaded activities. This is not for the purpose of
leading activities; this is only for the purpose of submitting activities.

To make adaptions to this activity for a 75-year-old with early onset dementia
I would first have someone assist her with setting up the game because I know
that could be difficult. I would also possibly make the questions super simple
so that she wouldn’t be hard on herself if she couldn’t think of a correct
answer.

7. Participant: 75-year-old woman diagnosed with early onset dementia.
