OFFICE ORDER

Sanction is hereby accorded for the disposal of unserviceable machinery/ equipment assessed as
unserviceable vide Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Agriculture, Livestock & Cooperation
Department Notification No. SOA-ll{AD)G(l)/KC/2018/Vol.40 dated 04.01.2019; and powered
conferred under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, 2018 read with serial No.
7 (ii); subject to the specific conditions as mentioned against & empowering all the DDAs having
inherited the junk/unserviceable machinery shifted from the Agricultural Engineering Department on
its trimming /rightsizing in 2000 A.D.

The competent authority, hereby approve the auction/ bid conducted by the District Director
Agriculture DI Khan on 01.11.2021 of the following assessed materials; for its disposal to the bid winner
namely Mr. Umair Khan 5/o Ejaz Ali of Bannu@ Rs. 90/-per Kg (on weightage as commonly book value
was not traceable/ available and decided to dispose it off through weightage and assessment by the
constituted committee).
