As far as I can tell, the Gonzalez brick factory is one of the job-creating companies in the region, it
is important for the livelihood of many families in our town, now, it is also important to take into
account its impact on the environment.

According to a study carried out by MARN in 2019, the region's brick factories are the ones that
make the greatest contribution to environmental pollution.
Unfortunately, the brickyard is a source of contamination for the municipality, especially in the
emission of gases and particulate matter into the atmosphere. This contamination is causing
deterioration both in the people of the community including its employees, their family and the
environment.

One of the most viable alternatives to reduce pollution is the construction or use of Hoffman-type
furnaces. We invite you to be part of the companies in the sector, which have been improving
their environmental practices.
