‫ من القانون المذكور واتمام توزيع الحصص‬26 ‫المادة‬.

The parties hereto, established among themselves a Limited Liability Company in accordance with the provisions
of Law No. 22 of 1591, and the founders acknowledge that they have complied with the rules approved by Law
No. 22 of 1591, referred to regarding the company’s name and objects, the number of partners, the amount of
capital, the completion of its fulfillment and its deposit in the manner set forth in Article 26. of the said law and the
completion of the distribution of shares.

‫كل حصة في رأس مال الشركة تخول صاحبها الحق في حصة متعادلة في أرباح الشركة وفي ملكية موجوداتها وال يلتزم الشركاء إال في حدود قيمة‬

Article 6:

Each share in the company’s capital entitles its owner to an equal share in the company’s profits and ownership of
its assets, and the partners are only bound by the value of their shares.
