1. What is the difference between Accountability and Responsibility?


Responsibility can be shared while Accountability cannot. Being accountable not
only means being responsible for something but also ultimately being answerable
for your actions. In ethics and governance, accountability is answerability,
blameworthiness, liability, and expectation of account-giving, while responsibility
may refer to being in charge, being the owner of a task or event.

2. What is the responsibility of entrepreneurs to the employees?


 Pay Wages and Taxes.
 Create and Maintain a safe Workplace.

Today I have learned that there are so many responsibilities when you became an entrepreneur. I’ve
learned that when you became a complete entrepreneur you must know the Responsibility and
Accountability and their differences. Also you must know what are your responsibilities and
accountabilities in different aspects of the society.
