With your significant contribution(s) of being part of a group, how did it contribute to your
personal growth and development?
Student’s Answer:

Personal development is a transformative process in which you enhance your

physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, and/or financial well-being. This
process is frequently initiated by a significant life experience that encourages you to
develop and empower yourself by realizing your own potential. As an outcome, you
live a more pleasant and meaningful life, which is reflected in your relationships,
workplace, identity and self-confidence, and perspective. People desire to grow and
develop because they are not contented with their lives and the route they are on.
Personal growth and development are necessary to change the path of one's life and
build a satisfying life.
In terms of my own experience in making a specific contribution to the group
that contributed to my growth/development, I learned how to speak appropriately
and courteously to any audience. It provides you a correct standing and allows you to
wheedle with the audience, allowing them the necessary area to breathe and openly
discuss their opinions with you, since it is a really important talent to have. Some
abilities may appear simple, but they need a significant amount of time and work to
develop to the point where you can utilize them whenever you need them. Developing
such abilities while contributing to the group is a lot of fun since you get to select from
a lot of different possibilities and environments, such stages, practical practices,
demonstrations, tutoring, education, and so on.
Finally, most of my skillsets have been developed to a good level in most of
the organizations I'm a part of. There was a personal development necessity that I
sought since those were golden possibilities that would benefit me in the long term,
particularly in my job. These abilities were polished solely because the big
contributions I made were all meaningful to the group, which means I picked
contributions that would benefit both myself and my group, not only for my own
growth but also for the group's. Escaping with a mindset like mine is a difficult thing to
accomplish, but it was well worth it in the end. You got to have a good time while
learning and experiencing new things.
