Guidelines For Fs 1
1. Cooperating teachers will be assigned with a maximum of three (3) pre-service teachers.
2. Cooperating teachers will give orientation to the pre-service teachers regarding their rules
during their conduct of online classes.
3. Cooperating teachers will accomplish the attached Daily Time Record (DTR) of the pre-service
teachers. Pre-service teachers will be asked to render 50 hours from September 20-October
22, 2021. The schedule of their observation to their cooperating teachers will depend on the
class schedule of the cooperating teacher.
4. Cooperating teachers will rate the pre-service students using the attached rubrics.
5. Cooperating teachers are asked to submit their rating to FS 1 instructor on or before October
25, 2021. You can submit a hard or soft copy of your evaluation. For soft copy, you can send it
to my email: jennifer.coreta1981@gmail.com

I agreed to allow the pre-service teachers under me to observe my class. I also agreed to give
them the stipulated tasks so that they will be able to complete the requirements for FS 1. I also
agreed to pass my rating for the computation of the grades on or before October 25, 2021.
