PURCHASER
Since I got NCO for free, I decided I'd buy this PDF. Will it also be coming out in POD?
Because I much prefer physical books, and I plan on getting NCO when it is printed, I'd like
to get a physical copy of Skinjobs as well.

The term "skinjobs" is so evocative of Blade Runner; but other inspirations for this title
include 2000 AD's biochips (Judge Dredd, Rogue Trooper); Sense8; Person of Interest; the
HBO Westworld; Gerry Anderson's Joe 90; the second and third Matrix movies
(specifically, Agent Smith's ability to clone its mind even into organic beings); GITS; and
even the whole Star Trek franchise, Star Trek: Picard in particular.
The themes of identity theft, engram recording and transfer, the idea that an entire mind
could be cloned like a cellphone and downloaded into an android body, are probably the
hardest core of the whole cyberpunk genre.

I m realizing Skinjobs could be "hacked" to use it as a "framework" for

netrunning avatars, or did you plan to make a supplement on netrunning and
deckcowpods ?

Thank you! A few people have asked about more detail on the grid and
hackers/hacking. I am still formulating ideas on this topic, so that’s a “maybe”.
:) Any supplement on the grid will be a while away.

Using grid personae in the same way as skins makes a lot of sens, got to say, i
dread most of time net/grid mini games mechanics in ttrpg :/
so that could be cool to use some hints

I can do it as a premium soft back. I didn’t with the main book because there
would be only a few dollars difference in price between a premium soft cover
and hard cover, and I wanted to provide a more affordable POD option.
Any POD option for Skinjobs will be a number of weeks away.
