Notice for Extended Mop-up M.Sc Nursing & Post

Basic b.sc Nursing 2019

The extended Mop-up M.Sc Nursing & Post Basic B.Sc Nursing 2019 will be held
on 11th December, 2019 at College of Nursing, Medical College, Kolkata. The Counseling
for M.Sc Nursing will begin at 11:00AM and reporting time for eligible and qualified
candidates is between 09:00AM to 11:00AM. The Counseling of Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
will begin at 02:00PM or soon after the completion of Counseling for M.Sc Nursing. The
reporting time for eligible and qualified candidates of Post Basic B.Sc Nursing is
between 12 Noon to 02:00PM. No candidates will be allowed after the scheduled
reporting time.
Only the registered candidates who are either admitted with willingness for
counseling in subsequent round (if any) or the registered candidates who are not
allotted any seats in any round till now, are allowed to participate.
Admitted candidates are asked to bring the original admission letter and
counseling fee deposit proof. The in-Service candidates shall bring the No Objection
Certificate and or service proof / experience certificate from appropriate authority, in
addition. The non allotted candidates have to bring the counseling fee deposit proof,
Rank card of the admission test and service proof / experience certificate (as detailed
above).
The admission after allotment in the extended Mop-up will take place between
12 Noon to 4:00PM on 11th December, 2019 and from 10:00AM to 4:00PM on 12 th
December, 2019. For admission, the original documents and one set of self attested
photocopy of the said documents will be required as per information booklet published
earlier in the University website https://wbuhs.ac.in.
The seat matrix for the extended Mop-up for the above mentioned courses will
be available at the University website and at the venue of counseling. The seat matrix
will comprise of all the vacant seats as it stands now and the converted reserved seats
(if it is permitted for dereservation by the Backward Classes Welfare Department).
