CANVA SIMPLE TUTORIAL

1. When you already have access to the link given to you, click “File” then
“Make a copy” so you can have your own copy of the design.

2. Now, feel free to modify the design of your brand! 😊

3. Canva has an auto-save feature every second so you will not lose your
work.
4. Some of the elements on the design were locked by me, I locked it so it will
stay in place. You cannot move it if it’s locked so it’s safe. But if you need to
change the photos or an element, or move it, here’s how to unlock it:
• Click the element you want to move or modify
• Unlock the element:
5. You can use Canva photos on the left side, but some of it are for “Pro” users
(You have to pay for the photos if you’re not subscribed on Canva Pro) and
some are for free. You can avail Canva Pro for $16 a month but they have a
free 30-day trial so I suggest you to try the free trial. You can cancel it
before the trial ends so you won’t be charged.

6. You can upload your own photos as well.

7. You can also get some elements from Canva which is cool! They have free
elements and they also have “Pro” elements. Pro elements/photos/font
styles are the best so don’t hesitate to try their free 30-day trial.
 8. If you need to replace photos, just click the unlocked photo on the design
and press “Delete”. After that, you can now drag and drop the new photo
there.
9. For texts, just click the unlocked text box and change the text.
10. Some of the elements in the designs were grouped for the purpose of not
ruining the design and for it to stay in the right places and measurements. If
you want to modify it too, just click “Ungroup” then you can resize and
modify the elements individually. Normally it’s not needed to be modified,
but it’s up to you.
11. Once you’re done modifying the templates, click Download.
12. You will get the files on a zip file; just extract it and you’re done. You
already have the high-quality designed posts made for your brand.
