On 12/3/2021, I was interviewed on “Don’t Back Down” about 11/3/2020; I cited election
aberrations that impacted the Springfield MontCo School Board candidate’s narrative.

Predictably, many persisting uncertainties are tethered to intuitive, easily remedied

Election Integrity interventions (non-excuse absentees, non-existent postmarks, illegible
signatures); as Bannon emphasizes, 2020 must be fixed before addressing 2022/2024.

Berks officials say distrust in elections is damaging the process; “fueled by

Trump’s failed attempt {no explanation as to why, as usual} to claim his
loss in the 2020 presidential election was the result of widespread fraud,
it was lamented that a persistent segment of the American population has
serious doubts that the election process is fair and impartial.” Berks County
reported 35 late bilingual ballots, most due to late post office delivery;
bilingual voters ultimately were not largely affected by an incorrect
deadline date in 17,000 Spanish-language ballot instructions.

Chester certified the 2021 Election despite a public outcry, even as the
outcome of some races remained pending.

Lackawanna certified remaining results, with Chermak opposed.

A Lancaster judge changed his mind about write-in votes in a Warwick

school board contest, a reversal that is likely to change its outcome
[pending final disposition c/o Commonwealth Court].

A Lehigh judge ruled mail-in ballots with undated return envelopes should
be counted, with these votes having the capacity to affect a close county
court race; he rejected a Republican judicial candidate’s appeal.

A Luzerne County manager felt it had been wise to have invoked an

election-day consultant.

York County recounted crucial races.
