Community Engagement Activity Proposal

As Philwomenians, we are being honed to respond to the needs of our social and natural environment by
participating/organizing activities that promote/improve our civic life. This activity is in collaboration with Araling
Panlipunan. One way in promoting and portraying the act to be civic-conscious, environmentally and socially
concerned citizen is to understand issue and to make a stand with this.

You are going to make and activity proposal that your school-based club/organization is going to do as
an extension of your service.

Preliminaries:
1) Choose a community that you would like to engage.
2) Identify the needs of that community.
3) Assess your capabilities in terms of talents, skills and knowledge.
4) Determine the most appropriate activity that will address a specific need of the community that is
within your capabilities.
5) Accomplish the Community Extension Activity Proposal Form below.
