ASPIRE Awards nominees and #CorporateEfficiency

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Oct. 20, 2021 - OneAmerica has become one of the fastest growing mutual insurance

commitment to our most important assets — the ones who go home at the end of each work day.”

Today, OneAmerica is excited to announce the nominees of the ASPIRE Awards by celebrating their associates
through the four different categories: distinguished achievement award, outstanding leadership award, excellence in
execution award, and excellence in partnership award. The distinguished achievement award recognizes an associate
who displays ASPIRE’s core values and an associate who exceeds expectations on a regular basis. The outstanding
leadership award is awarded to an individual who showcases excellence through their team and displays excellence
on a high level. The excellence in execution award will be given to an associate that demonstrates outstanding
execution of business initiatives. Lastly, the excellence in partnership award will be given to an associate that
positively represents OneAmerica and creates a positive impact for customers and producers. The winners of each
category will receive a $5,000 monetary gift. Each nominee was nominated by their peers within our organization as
there is no self-nomination.

“Our commitment ─ to be there for our customers and policyholders when it matters most — was never more
evident than in 2020,” said Davison. “During the pandemic everyone stepped up, but these honorees in particular
delivered remarkable and sustained performance that kept us going strong. Their positive energy and resilience
inspired others and helped us navigate through many challenges, both large and small.”

For the distinguished achievement award category there are 19 nominees. We have nominated 75 associates for the
excellence in execution and 47 nominees for the excellence in partnership category. Lastly, there are 26 associates
nominated for the outstanding leadership award, nominating over 150 associates for the awards.
