PRELIMINARY

1.1 BACKGROUND RESEARCH

The need for good health facilities in the district of Kuningan
continues to increase, it is seen by many Private Hospital who
stood in Kuningan regency. Permata Kuningan Hospital
construction is expected to provide health care professional,
transparent and become a public health center in Kuningan District
and surrounding areas.
The structure of the building is designed using reinforced
concrete with concrete material that has high compressive strength
and reinforcing steel material that has the necessary tensile
strength. So that the combination of these two materials can hold
pull and press simultaneously.
In this case, the calculation of reinforced concrete structures
refers to ISO 2847-2013, calculation of earthquake resistance for
building structures refers to SNI 1726-2012, and building load
planning guidelines refer to ISO 1727-2013.

1.2 FOCUS ISSUE (RESEARCH)

1.3 FORMULATION OF THE PROBLEM

Based on the focus of research problems above, a case study
on building Permata Kuningan Hospital, then taken a formulation of
the problem as follows:
1. How to design a building Permata Kuningan Hospital using a
concrete structure?
2. How is the planning dimension plates, beams and columns?
3. How do I plan to use SAP2000?
4. How to design a building foundation Permata Kuningan Hospital?

1.4 RESEARCH PURPOSES

Based on the formula above problems, the purpose of peulisan
this thesis is as follows:
1. To analyze the structure of Permata Kuningan Hospital building
using concrete structure.
2. To determine the dimensions of the planning design plate, beams
and columns, as well as the building foundation Permata Kuningan
Hospital

The location of the project is at Tjut Nyak Dien Street, Cijoho,
Brass, in front of Brass University with coordinate 6° 58' 38.5" S 108°
30' 05.9" E.
