নোটঃ বাপেক্স প্রদত্ত রিগ সিডিউল মোতাবেক সিলেট-৯নং কূ পের খননকাজ নভেম্বর ২০১৯ হতে শুরু হওয়ার কথা। কিন্তু ভূ মির মূল্য না পাওয়া, ভূ মির পরিমাপে ত্রুটি ইত্যাদি
নানাবিধ অভিযোগে খননস্থলের ভূ মি উন্নয়ন এবং আনুমানিক ১ (এক) কি.মি সংযোগ রাস্তা নির্মাণকাজ ভূ মি মালিকদের প্রতিবন্ধকতার কারণে ৩ (তিন) মাস বিলম্বিত
হওয়ায় রিগ ফাউন্ডেশন নির্মাণসহ অন্যান্য পূর্ত কাজ সম্পাদনেও ৩ (তিন) মাস বিলম্ব হওয়ার আশংকা দেখা দিয়েছে। উল্লেখ্য যে, রিগ ফাউন্ডেশন নির্মাণকাজ সম্প্রতি শুরু
হয়েছে এবং তা শেষ হতে আরো আনুমানিক ৪ (চার) মাস সময়ের প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। রিগ ফাউন্ডেশন নির্মাণ শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত খননস্থলে রিগ মবিলাইজ করা সম্ভব হবে
না। উপরোক্ত প্রেক্ষাপটে আলোচ্য কূ প খননকাজ আগামী ফেব্রুয়ারী ২০২০ হতে শুরু হবে বিবেচনা করা হয়েছে।
