Job Description:

The Stakeholder Focus and Positioning Coordinator will be in-charge of leading all the activities related to Advertising, Media Management,
Public Relations and Relational Marketing, making reference to the core areas processes. For that reason, he will lead and track the actions of
performance and development of the people that he is on charge; also he will be in-charge of all the final actions executed by his team and its
development.
This Coordinator will report to the Local Vice-president of Marketing and Communications.

Main Functions:

Advertising
o To identify the needs of the target
o To identify the principal motivations of the target
o To develop the message (focus on persuade the target)
o To develop all the advertising material
o To define the principal channels for the advertisement

Media Management
o To identify the media (segmentation of media)
o To develop the articles for the media
o To ensure the right positioning of the brand in the media
o To make a long term relation with the media (CRM)

Public Relations
o Investigate and study the local needs in terms of Public Relations with the stakeholders
o Design the public relations plan.
o Execute the Public Relations plan.
o Track the Public Relations Plan
o Control and evaluate the plan to correct it.

Relational Marketing
o To support the construction of a Relational Marketing Plan that leads the role of external relations and marketing plans.
o To advice in the construction and participate in the local programs of training and sensibility of this topic.
o To generate and execute internal campaigns that supports the Relational Marketing Initiative in the local committee.
o Realize constant revisions to the execution if this plan and to support the adaptation of itself to obtain better results.
